Recently we were treated to three talks given by one of our Alumni, Robbert-Jan Brems.
Robbert-Jan is a Technical Artist for Eidos-Montreal in Montreal, Canada and worked on the new Thief game.
In the talks, Robbert-Jan went over what it's like to be a Technical Artist, the challenges he's faced and how he overcame them to achieve the desired end result.
Robbert-Jan talked about the use of self-imposed limits to make yourself better at anything you want to do. Finding something you're not that good at but want to be better at and making you really work at it.
